She integrates novels, current events, music, technology, and her students’ interests into her lessons. It is important for her to see students become actively engaged in the learning process. Her experience in both regular and collaborative settings has provided her with the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with other teachers and students to plan lessons for all types of learners. She enjoys challenging her students to reach above and beyond what they ever thought to be possible. Her goal as a teacher is to combine her range of experience with her ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent, and resourceful teacher to inspire our students to become self-motivated, independent, leaders, and life-long learners.
