Kirsten Barrett is the oldest of six children, all of whom were home schooled. She grew up in a rural environment and was actively involved with the family farm. For the last several years, she has gained experience in education through internships, travel and as a teacher in home school settings. She also leads a dance team and teaches folk dance classes in her community. Kirsten speaks ASL and is also well versed in agricultural skills, including equestrian. She recently returned from Israel where she volunteered as a harvester for local Israeli farmers. She looks forward to meeting and working with the campers and their families attending Funie Farm camps this summer.
